Bug Description
i don't know where to put this, but i think launchpad could be a lot more succesfuller than is already is.
1. add functionallity to create tables and BOLD text in ithe bugdescriptions.
*to make it easier to understand, i always use tables in mij emails when eplaining how difficuld thing work on pc's, also it would track more attention where it needs to be, and can add mainlines to the information when using BOLD. imigine a forum without document makeup... yeahh....
2. make it easier to discover the ability to add attachments, and tell users it can be used for screenshots and small videos, because i didnt thaught about it, until i saw it on someone elses bug.
