Bug Description

lava-android-test fails to install or run next tests in queue if it encounters any install failure in between.

For example, If I add test an invalid test say "XYZ" in LAVA_TEST_PLAN, such that LAVA_TEST_PLAN="sleep,XYZ,busybox", in any of android-build.linaro.org configs then lava-android test will fail during XYZ installation, which is expected but it also refuses to run busybox and other tests in queue.

Observed in https://validation.linaro.org/lava-server/scheduler/job/50085 where an invalid lava-android-test, "shell-dalvik-vm-unit-tests", causes other tests to fail.
