Should be fixed in today's ISO build. This is probably caused by a corrupt "bzip2" package in some Ubuntu repository mirrors.

Im testing the latest ISO : amd 64 . 4-24.

Still getting:

I kind of find a workaround the issue, changed the Ubuntu Software Server, now using the US one.

A fix has been applied in the new ISOs. I have confirmed that it works.

Issue observed with 16.10 version recently... Can anyone please confirm the iso version with fix
