Bug Description

lava-dispatcher needs to be modified to scp android tarballs from new ec2 instance.

following lava job failed due to above reason.

Created linaro-lava account on Login service and copied /etc/ssh/user-authorized-keys/linaro-lava from mombin.c.c.

Created /home/linaro-lava and copied bin/ssh-wrapper from mombin.c.c.

The home directory on mombin for linaro-lava also has releases.linaro.org and snapshots.linaro.org with quite a lot of stuff in there ... not sure if that needs to be copied over??

<Gwaihir> to see if the linaro-lava directory is there
<Gwaihir> and under /home/ there is none...
<Gwaihir> it is in /
<Gwaihir> there is /linaro-lava
<Gwaihir> and it has the bin/ directory
<terceiro> Gwaihir: I think philip created it at / by mistake
<terceiro> Gwaihir: maybe moving it into /home will fix

now fixed with the help of Milo and Ben on IRC.

Problems:

- linaro-lava directory was in / instead of /home
- permissions were not correct
- there was a syntax error in the ssh-wrapper script (though it might be on purpose)
