Ubuntu 13.04 AMD64
When I select a different cursor theme, the selected theme is only seen in some application windows. For example, if a choose a yellow cursor, my cursor is yellow in Firefox, but may be the default in Nautilus.

This isn't an UTT bug, but a Compiz/X.org(?) one. And it's quite old I
think. I'm not sure if rebooting will make the changes system-wide.
