ACQ: New Distribution Formula Fields not Applied on Copies Screen

When applying a Distribution Formula on the Copies page of a line item only the Owning Branch and Copy Location fields are updated by the formula. The fields for Fund, Circ Modifier, and Collection Code are currently not updated on the Copies page.
These fields should be updated if values have been entered for them in the formula being applied. These fields are updated when a Distribution Formula is used with the Batch Updater on the purchase order.

I believe this branch fixes the problem, and it should be suitable for master as well as for rel_2_4.
