Bug Description

Following the instructions on https://wiki.linaro.org/Platform/Infrastructure/LinaroCI....

I need to create a new CI job for libvirt. I already have the code on git.linaro.org. I just need to finish the process of getting it into ci.linaro.org.

I cannot edit CI jobs, or in case re-assign to someone that is admin on ci.l.o.

We've already discussed this, but I was told to add a note to make sure it didn't get dropped, but the output of libvirt CI needs to be a .deb package and ideally needs to be available in a PPA.
