Bug Description

Tested on r89:
- copy an image from ubuntu-wallpapers-saucy to the device (e.g adb push /usr/share/backgrounds/163_by_e4v.jpg /home/phablet/Pictures)
- log into the device
- run "gdbus call --system -d org.freedesktop.Accounts -o /org/freedesktop/Accounts/User32011 -m org.freedesktop.Accounts.User.SetBackgroundFile '/home/phablet/Pictures/163_by_e4v.jpg'"

the lock screen becomes empty rather than displaying the image

Looks like the images are too big... they are processed on the pc but not on my galaxy nexus. What happens on the nexus 10?

I say they are too big, because all pictures I tried that were ~ 2000xY were working, while the 2560xY of saucy are not
