Alarm page should provide feedback when an alarm cannot be saved

Bug Description

Sometimes the alarm being saved by the user can be invalid. For instance, if a user is trying to create an alarm few hours before the current time. In these cases, the clock app should gracefully show a message indicating that. Otherwise the user wouldn't be aware of what is wrong.
