Bug Description
tvbrowser (www.tvbrowser.org) is a java application which shows a logo at startup, then opens the main window. When such an application ist started on a new empty workspace, the startup logo is shown on the empty workspace, and when startup logo is closed, the empty workspace disappears and gala switches to the last non-empty workspace. When the application opens its main window, this is placed on the last non-empty workspace insted of the new workspace.
Suggestion: when autoclosing workspaces leave one empty workspace open.
