Geary sidebar list items are blue when selected and focused

Bug Description

When an item is focused (right after you click on it, before you click elsewhere), the mouse is not hovering over that item, and the app is focused, the Tree item is highlighted blue, and not the darker gray indent it is when not focused, but selected.

To reproduce:

1. Open Geary or Nautilus, or an app tht uses Gtk.Tree
2. Select an item in the tree and do not move mouse
3. / * Item is gray, but indented */
4. Move mouse off item
5. /* Item is highlighted blue, like in a ListVIew */
6. Focus elsewhere in the app (eg. the convo in geary)
7. /* Item is gray and indented */
8. Focus a new window (eg open the compose window of geary)
9. /* Item is gray and indented */

This does not affect Granite.SourceView

I am getting a similar effect with the version of Geary 0.4 in ppa:elementary-os/testing

This may affect Granite.SourceView, or there is a different bug there. When you follow the steps on Noise's source selector--but click an entry that has numbers to the right (like a non-empty queue)-- the number will become grayed and an indented box will appear around it.

OP, the grey numbers in your screenshot is a bug in Geary since they aren't using a semi-transparent backgrounds on their badges.

If you have an additional separate bug, please file a separate bug report.

I am not talking about the message number badges, but how the entire item is blue, when it should be gray.
