maas-import-pxe-files takes too long to complete

Bug Description

By default maas-import-pxe-files downloads all the ephemerals (including non-supported releases such as quantal, raring).

The integration tests shows[1] the maas-import-pxe-files step takes at least 20 mins with a primed cache.

One possible workaround (wouldn't fix the problem but would make the time it takes more bearable) is to edit /etc/maas/import_pxe_files and choose only the releases/arch we care about.
