Bug Description

If something is wrong on backend when I modify settings on networking tab, and I get "Server error has occured...", see the logs link opens a new dialog which prevents to see logs. New dialog asks to stay on page or leave it without saving changes.

Expected behavior would be opening logs in new browser tab.
