Bug Description
It occurs in all language, but I don't know it also occurs in other O/S. (I checked this bug on Windows Vista/7, the bug occurred on both)
I can't input some values to a combo box or spinner because they were empty and the cursor was not changed to a bar-like after I used text tool. It is the only solution to close and re-open Inkscape now for me.

This is a known bug in the Windows backend of the GTK+ toolkit, and tracked for Inkscape in
