1. Create new environment (CentOS, simple mode)
2. Choose VLAN segmentation
3. Add controlelr, compute and cinder node
4. Start deployment. It was successful
5. Login into Horizon under admin
6. Launch instance. Choose both available networks: net04 and net04_ext
7. Choose one of Floatings IPs in "Access & Security" and click button "Associate". Choose port to associate.

You should not choose both networks as net04_ext is external network and is not reachable from net04. This is not a bug.
