Keyboard layout switching cancels a new folder creation in file saving dialogs

To reproduce this bug just add any locale (if you have only one), choose shortcut for switching layouts (Ctrl+Shift for example), then open file saving dialog in any application (let's say Firefox). In the dialog click "New folder" button begin to type a name, then switch keyboard layout and the new folder will disappear. This bug was introduced in Ubuntu 13.10.
