Bug Description

I use ISO 197 and create environment with following parameters:
-Multinode
-Havana on Ubuntu
-QEMU
-Neutron with VLAN
- Install Mirano

Then I deployed demo service and receive this error:
EnvironmentError: Unexpected stack state CREATE_FAILED
 Create Failed
Resource Create Failed: Badrequest: Multiple Possible Networks Found, Use A Network Id To Be More Specific. (Http 400)

try 197 on neutron vlan and neutron gre - can not reproduce

So provide please more details /snapshot
