Cannot change PXE interface for Nova-network

I cannot configure nodes in UI to boot from eth0. I was able to do it with 3.2 iso for the same lab of 3 nodes and the same networking configuration as well.

Note: as a workaround, CLI could be used to fix yaml for '--node network', or affected node(s) could be rebooted in the hope its eth0 will get correct id as well...
