Bug Description

Repo http://download.mirantis.com/fuelweb-repo/4.0/ubuntu/pool/main/

The Packages file contains:
Package: qemu
Filename: pool/main/qemu_1.2.0+noroms-0ubuntu7.12.10_amd64.deb
Size: 15106

But the real size in repo is:
(bash)$ wget http://download.mirantis.com/fuelweb-repo/4.0/ubuntu/pool/main/qemu_1.2.0+noroms-0ubuntu7.12.10_amd64.deb

I think the 12288-byte file has been truncated at some point.

dpkg-deb (subprocess): cannot copy archive member from 'ubuntu/pool/main/qemu_1.2.0+noroms-0ubuntu7.12.10_amd64.deb' to decompressor pipe: unexpected end of file or stream

Then, tar chokes on unexpected EOF.

download.mirantis.com repo is turned off. use http://ss0078.svwh.net/fwm/4.0/ubuntu/pool/main/ (we will have better repo in near future)
