Bug Description

In order to enable data locality in Savanna, VMs must have direct access to all Swift nodes. Currently this is impossible since Swift 'data' nodes are deployed in private network accessible to controller only.

Dmitry, the bug is exactly for Fuel deployment mode: the VMs must have direct access to Swift storage nodes. As far as I understand, that is not possible currently.

Note, I've added the bug for tracking purpose, we do not intent to fix it anytime soon.
