Bug Description

Well, this is not really a bug, but very annoying yet.
It would be very usefull to see the remote host along with SFTP (in the first breadcrumb), specially when using several remote connections.

In the linked branch, the host appears as the second breadcrumb in the chain, in the form "user@hostname" or "user@IPaddress" depending on how the connection was made. Hopefully, this will suffice to fix this bug.
