Bug Description
Currently if OpenLP's control of PowerPoint is interrupted (for example if a used edits a presentation in the PowerPoint window that OpenLP Opens) the user receives the bug report form.
We should try to handle this better, we could try reloading the presentation, or at the very least present a dialogue box explaining that control over PowerPoint has been lost.
