Bug Description
For now it`s possible to enable only 2 options for storage cluster settings - ceph for Glance and ceph for Cinder. These attributes are added via settings dictionary in create_cluster method of models/
It`s necessary to add handling of the following values:
- ceph for ephemeral volumes (nova);
- ceph RadosGW for objects (Swift API)
- cinder LVM over iSCSI for volumes

There might be a need to add possibility to enable other cluster attributes (this might not be implemented yet in fuel_web_client). This will be checked and implemented as soon as possible.
