MAAS doesn't report the series to be installed on a node info in the Node info view

Bug Description

You can only see which series is going to be installed on a node by looking at its edit page; you can't see it from the info page.

This is a bit of a red herring, it only affects the "start node" UI button. If using Juju it specifies the release series directly. However this probably ought to get fixed.

Right. It's a simple fix + a couple of tests that would make life
easier for MAAS users (the micro-clusters are getting used in unusual
ways, it's true, and that exposes a lot of edge and edge-like cases).

In 1.8b3, users can see what the default OS and release is when they select the deploy action.
They are also able to change if they want to divert from the default, before they confirm the deploy action.

Think we can mark this fixed?
