Budget Lines should take children Analytical Accounts into account

Bug Description
This is the same missing feature as bug #1070418, except for Analytical Account instead of General accounts.
Currently, budget lines only include the accounting moves that have the exact same analytical account.
They should also include all the entries that have an analytical account that is a child of the one on the budget line.
