Bug Description

Uncompressing Linux... OK, booting the kernel.

[17179571.704000] PCI: Failed to locate mem resource #6:20000@50000000 for 0000:01:00:0

I get this message while using the live cd of Ubuntu 6.06 LTS for PC and 64-bit processors. I have Intel Core 2 Duo, Nvidia Geforce 7300GT, Intel DG965RY motherboard and 1 gb ram. a similar sort of error message has appeared on my friend's PC which is a Penitum D, Nvidia Geforce 7300GT, Intel DG965RY motherboard and 512 mb ram. The details of which are follows:-

Busy box v1.01 (debian 1:1.01-4ubuntu3) built in shell (ash)

/bin/shell can't access H-y:job control turned off
