It allowed to have turned on only one of the following settings:
- Cinder LVM over iSCSI for volumes
- Ceph RBD for volumes (Cinder)

    Set usage of volume lvm in false for ceph tests

    By default volume lvm is set in true, when
    we use ceph for volumes in tests we update
    volumes_ceph in true too that leads to
    both object storage is enabled in tests
    So add False value for volume lvm parameter
    in tests for ceph
