Bug Description
4.1
LACP requires all interfaces must have a same speed. And it's better to use same restriction for non-LACP types of bonding.
So UI and Nailgun must forbid a bond creation for interfaces with different speed.
Also UI may show a notification if a user tries to bond interfaces with different speed.
