Bug Description
The CLI should specify the mime-type "text/plain" when uploading the .dsc and .changes files. This way the can be read directly from the webui and not require a user to download

SInce the change to expose swift objects only via tempurls, visualising objects direct in the browser is not possible anymore despite of their MIME. Tempurls have Content- Disposition: attachment; explicitly set.
I think we should invest sometime designing a JS overlay for visualising ticket artifacts, specially logs.
