Genres view can be hard to navigate

I think the general pattern of scrolling horizontally by flicking the mouse is less than optimal on a desktop. If horizontal scrollbars are eventually introduced, perhaps the best thing to do, in general, would be to scale the size of the items in this view with the height of the app to avoid needless whitespace. This doesn't alone solve the slight discomfort of flicking left and right with the mouse, however.

@Victor the issue here is less about scrolling with a mouse (which is an issue, but will be resolved when scrollbars land soon), but more about the sheer number of genres that can be displayed - over a certain number of genres (e.g. 10) it takes a long time to get to what I want because each genre is displayed as an album thumbnail - I think having three genres stacked where we currently show 1 would resolve this.

This whole page will be overhauled in the remix and the view will scroll vertically using more of the space available, so it will likely be fixed then. Therefore targeting the remix as the milestone.
