Bug Description

The following rspec tests are not executed:

spec/classes/glance_notify_qpid_spec.rb: all below line 23
(describe 'when passing params' and 'configuring with ssl')

spec/classes/glance_backend_rbd_spec.rb all below line 27
(describe 'when passing params')

there is a typo in this file on line 36 (which made me aware of the error !)

I did not check all the tests, there are probably more tests affected.

Here is a particular case for glance notify rabbit addressed https://bugs.launchpad.net/puppet-glance/+bug/1312054
Make sure the similar fixing is applied for other tests as well.

    fix rspec tests in backend::rbd and notify::qpid

    The tests in the second part of the file have never
    been executed.
    Also fixed typo's in notify:qpid which did not result in
    errors, since the tests where not executed.
