Steps to reproduce
create and configure cluster (any settings)
click on deploy changes button
click on deploy inside changes summary window
immediately click cancel
cancel closes window, but deployment progress has started.

expected result
cancel button would be disabled OR cancel would stop the deployment still

we probably cant stop the deployment from that point without calling stop deployment task, so UI button should be disabled.
