Changing password does not change ecryptfs password

Bug Description

I changed my own password on the Gnome User Accounts applet. After reboot, I could not access my home directory. It turns out the ecryptfs passphrase was still wrapped with the *old* password.

Workaround: in single user mode, I used ecryptfs command to rewrap the passphrase.

This is similar to the old #307019, but now on Ubuntu 14.04 + Gnome (brand new, not an upgraded system).
