Bug Description
implement a content-hub share handler in the messaging-app.
This should support the Content Hub types of Photos, Contacts, Links and Text
If photos or contacts, those types should be sent via MMS
If Links or Text, those types should be sent via SMS
This is needed to support sending MMS https:/
