'power-management/{poweroff,reboot}' job cannot be finished

Bug Description
While resuming checkbox-cli --new-ui, there is no pass or done option to finish this job.
Steps to reproduce:
1. run checkbox-cli
2. select power-managemen
3. run the tests
4. resume checkbox-cli
Expected:
There will be a option to let tester finish and pass the job.
Actual result:
There are three options:
s => skip that job
f => mark it as failed and continue
r => run it again
