Revise 'reserved' fields of gtk types

Bug Description
We have quite a few members of gtk structs/unions marked as 'reserved'. Some of
them were marked quite long ago and can have some meaningful values nowadays.
Either we decide to uplift gtk2 or not, we should revise such reserved members,
it's not hard.
The two items already noted in bug #3050:
* add 'update_
* add more members to _GtkStatusIconClass
