Bug Description
The httpConnect() function in CUPS was marked as deprecated (see bug 3724 for
details). Afterwards, the printing-test build failed, because we used -Werror,
and the test uses httpConnect().
As a workaround, -Werror is turned off, but the proper fix is to stop using
httpConnect().
