MMS pictures not getting saved correctly to gallery

Bug Description
- send multiple MMS messages to the ubuntu phone, each message should contain a different picture
- open the first picture in the messaging app and save it to the gallery, this works correctly
- then open another picture from the second mms message and save it to the gallery
Expected resutls:
the second picture should be saved to the gallery
Actual results:
the first picture is saved to the gallery again
Seems there is an issue where the picture that's actually being saved to the gallery is not always the one you are viewing and specified to save from the messaging app
