Bug Description

As specified by design, when searching for a world city if the searched city is not present in the local list provided, the clock app should go online and search for that city. We will be using http://geoname-lookup.ubuntu.com to get search results.

Eg. http://geoname-lookup.ubuntu.com/?query=Farnborough&release=utopic
