After or during step #9 of "Validate your Gerrit identity:" we need to instruct the user to create a Gerrit username and generate password at the same site by settings page. Without creating username and password git review -s command will continue to fail with following error:
"git review -s" command. it says:
Could not connect to gerrit.
Enter your gerrit username:
At this point it is expecting you to set the username that needs to be set at Gerrit settings page.
