Bug Description

We need to change the "ubuntu" text colour on the isosplash to black (well, RGB
010101). Kamion, if this requires a new image please ask jdub for one. The area
below the image, where the text is, should probably also switch to the black colour.

Yes, this requires a new image. Jeff, you have the original source for this,
don't you?

I've switched the isolinux splash image to be a slightly cropped version of the
usplash image, at Jeff's suggestion. The next round of daily CD builds will have
this.

I've also made this change for the next debian-installer upload, so that netboot
installs will get the new image too.
