Bug Description
Look at http://
"Download Mirantis OpenStack" and "Demos and tutorials" are missing from the table of contents. But there is "Fuel License" which are missing from the content (see screen)

when speaking about the contents table on the left side bar, we should understand that is serves only to navigate in all the guides we have.
If you click on any of the links devoted to a specific issue, you'll have all the issues opened; that's the idea.
As to Demos&Download links, they don't belong to the contents. They provide some stuff to work with, not just the text.
Nevertheless, you are absolutely right about making me think of changing some stuff on the landing page.
So, the following things could be done (instead of pushing Demos&Download into the contents bar):
1) introductory information on Fuel (what it is, what is does) can be added before all the sections
2) information on steps (what guide should user take first, which one - the second etc)
3) each guide should have some information about its contents (what can user learn from the issues we have there).
