Bug Description

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Download the latest MOS 5.1.1 ISO (#35 in my case).
2. Mount this ISO:
sudo mkdir /mnt/iso
sudo mount -o loop <image>.iso /mnt/iso
3. Check files /mnt/iso/centos-packages.changelog /mnt/iso/ubuntu-packages.changelog

Observed Result:
We can't see information about package python-designateclient in centos-packages.changelog and can't find the information about this package in ubuntu-packages.changelog

We have the repository with this package, so, we should have the information about these packages in changelog:
https://review.fuel-infra.org/gitweb?p=openstack%2Fpython-designateclient.git;a=shortlog;h=refs%2Fheads%2Fopenstack-ci%2Ffuel-5.1.1%2F2014.1.1
