Bug Description
As you all know Trove supports directive that can be used to tell Nova how to inject metadata (file injection, etc.) into VM. But this path is only applicapable for non-Heat based provisiong. We should consider on adding ConfigDrive option into default heat template.
But first we need to proceed with moving to Heat HOT Syntax in templates. See https:/
