Window title remains to last previous document when all documents has been closed

Bug Description

Scratch window title remains to the last previous open document when all documents has been closed.

The SplitView widget will not trigger document_change() when all document has been closed while the code to reset the window title reside on this handler. However, show_welcome() will be called when there is no document remain.

I've attached a patch that fix the problem.
