Bug Description

Currently in cdh plugin, swift information is written into hadoop config xml file by _configure_swift_to_inst, which use a remote command to read xml file and write in file contents. This is not the preferred method by Cloudera. In fact, Cloudera gave a method to write in the info cleanly. Users only need to set the "core_site_safety_valve" value of HDFS service to a string wanted to be appended in the file, and this string will be applied to HDFS and its dependent services.

Use HDFS parameter to inject swift info

We use HDFS service parameter core_site_safety_valve to write in
the swift information, rather than directly write the core-site.xml
    file by remote ssh.
