PermaControlledAnimationType shortcomings

Bug Description

There are several things wrong with PermaControlledAnimationType in permanent mind-control:
- If not set, the game will crash
- It uses the impact coordinates as offset, not the unit's position
- MindControlRingOffset was also used on buildings, where an offset calculated from Height would be correct
- The ZAdjust wasn't set on buildings, so the anim was behind it

Game doesn't crash if PermaControlledAnimationType is not set.
As for other issues, see the attached image (the beam is the mind control anim, i was playing as red).
