Opening mapper on OSX causes toolbar graphics corruption

Bug Description

Just doing createMapper(0,0,300,300) causes all of the toolbar buttons background to turn permanently black.

In code it is mpMapper->show() in TConsole::createMapper that causes it to happen:

Still happens using Qt 5.4.0. Will try with 5.7.

Can't compile with 5.6-5.8 Qt because clang is too old on my OSX system, and upgrading it is not an option. Latest Qt that I can compile with is 5.5 and that still has the same issue.

I'm testing on an ancient mac version, but it's happing on the pre-latest mac version too, El Capitan 10.11.5, as confirmed by someone using iota.

Building with Qt 5.6 on macOS Sierra seemed to fix the problem. Will work on making an installer to test this with the userbase when I can.
