Can't run KSystemLog from KDE

Bug Description

If I run KSystemlog from start then selecting it or from Run Command (ALT+F2), I get the error window in the attachment Snapshot1.png.
It runs well, if I run the command: ksystemlog
Reproducible: Always.

This bug also affects KDE partition manager. If I do the steps above for it, I get the same error.

This bug is either fixed by updates or the workaround in comment 5 I applied from bug #1435061. Sorry, I don't know what fixed it.
