Bug Description

In 6.1 MOS Murano will not have imported applications by default. Because of this, we need add skipping tests, if packages wasn't uploaded into Murano.
But we need to save system tests for Murano and need to add a new test, which will import Murano Test App into Murano and test Murano with this app.

    Rework Murano system tests

    Using test, which does not require internet connection,
    image with Murano agent and Murano apps for Murano verification.

The status of this bug for 6.0.1 changed to Invalid because this feature is actual only for MOS 6.1 and 6.1+ releases. In MOS 6.0.1 we will have old OSTF test suite and old version of Murano.
